Leaderskill Group has pioneered Adult and Accelerative Learning in Australia since 1978, helping to bring Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to Australia in 1979, and publishing articles on the effectiveness of these methods. We use these techniques in all of our training, to everyone's benefit. As a result, our programs are typically high energy events that teach different skill sets simultaneously. They allow everyone to learn in their best way and in new ways, with real personal development.

We design and use profiling instruments for individual and organizational development. We deliver measurable results based on competency assessment and agreed outcomes, and we train trainers. Course materials are comprehensive and tailored specifically to the group.
