Working together

Leaderskill Group's approach with its clients has always been one of partnership. We discuss situations with you in the light of your needs and our broad-based experience. Relationships extend over many years and we are always on call. We can help you choose and implement a survey that will fully meet your needs, or we can assist you with hosting your own (and development if required). We believe strongly in the value of feedback. You can be sure of candid feedback from us, and we encourage candour in return.

Why accreditation?

Critical to our programs are the Briefing and Debriefing of the Participants.

Accreditation Level 1
Our approach emphasises ‘strengths’ and morale building, right from the start. Although our programs are specifically designed to avoid causing apprehension to managers and their respondents, '360s' can nevertheless be upsetting for some. Careful handling is strongly encouraged. To this end, we provide Accreditation Level 1 to Facilitators, both internal and external. It gives Facilitators everything they need to brief Participants and coach them with the results of their feedback to drive their professional development.

Accreditation Level 2
Facilitation skills using the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) methodology become even more critical when facilitating a team-building program with the manager and his/her team. This is the most powerful way to Debrief the 360 Leader/Manager Profiles™, resulting in maximum buy-in, performance improvement and culture change.

Becoming an Accredited Consultant

Accreditation Level 1. Comprehensive materials are supplied, with telephone follow-up. Fees are minimal.

Accreditation Level 2. In addition to materials and telephone support, where possible we aim for a face-to-face meeting or workshop. We also encourage new Facilitators to co-lead in pairs for at least one session. Highly experienced and AI Facilitators may have less need for this, however experience shows that it is of great value in ensuring the success of the program. Fees are kept low and relate to requirements.
