Contact details supplied to us are only used to respond to requests for information or as part of the administration of our products and services on behalf of the sponsoring client. They will not knowingly be passed to any third party or organization except where this has been expressly requested by the User.
Information about Survey Users will be used for production of survey results and/or for anonymous statistical analysis. Questionnaire responses are always presented anonymously on profiles or reports unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. self and ‘boss’ questionnaires are not anonymous on most 360 degree feedback reports). Survey results will not be be divulged to any third party, except by express request of the Purchasing Organisation (which generally reserves the right to review all User information).
We do not approach the clients of our clients unless specifically instructed to do so by the sponsoring client.
